Hey everyone - I'm thinking about joining the CAC and was browsing through the website this afternoon. It says that the locker rooms were recently renovated and I was wondering what kinds of additions were made. (To compare between other gyms I'm looking into.) Do they keep the facilities clean? (My current gym's locker room is so dirty that I hardly ever clean up there...) |

The whole place is clean. The locker rooms, showers and steam room are cleaner than any other gym I've belonged to. There might be some painting touch up needed here and there but for a building over one hundred years old I think it's in great shape. |

It should be noted that the basement locker room was the one recently renovated. The 2nd Floor locker room has not been renovated but generally all of the facilities are clean. The building is over 100 years old and there is always ongoing maintenance and if you are looking for a 'brand new' looking gym, the CAC is not it. The CAC continues to make improvements but I certainly suggest a tour. It has MUCH to offer but keep in mind we are just an older club. |
